You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or has been shipped, the cancellation may not be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process upon receiving the item.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a valid RAN may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error). Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to ensure the refund has not been processed. Some banks or payment processors may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
